Welcome! I am so happy you have found our lab. I created this space to empower individuals through physical activity (or movement) to advance their wellbeing and continue learning.

As a researcher and professor at the University of the Fraser Valley, I am passionate about community-engaged research that makes a meaningful difference in people’s lives, that supports lasting behaviour change, and that advances the science of patient engagement. This lab is a space where students, collaborators, and community members come together to learn, grow, and create positive change. I invite you to explore our work and join us in advancing evidence-based approaches to health and well-being.
